1. Business model
WSDrive is a technology platform, not a transportation carrier. It connects independent captains with passengers seeking rides or freight services.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3. Account rules
Each person may maintain one account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or misrepresented. Fake accounts, fraudulent activity, modified applications, abuse, and harassment are prohibited.
4. Fare structure
A fare may include the base fare, per-kilometre charge, per-minute charge, and platform fee. The applicable fare is displayed in the app before ride confirmation.
5. Captain service fee
Captains pay the applicable platform service fee to WSDrive for completed or accepted services as presented in the platform.
6. Suspension and termination
WSDrive may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, platform safety standards, or applicable law.
7. Liability
WSDrive is not liable for personal belongings lost during a ride or for arrangements made directly between a captain and passenger outside the WSDrive platform.
